1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JuntoAI's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About JuntoAI

JuntoAI is an AI-powered social networking platform operated by JuntoAI Limited, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland (CRO No. 807583). Our registered office is at Drom Upper, Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry, Ireland. JuntoAI is currently in BETA testing phase and is provided for testing and feedback purposes only.

2.1. Beta Service Limitations

IMPORTANT: As a beta service, JuntoAI has the following limitations:

  • No 24/7 Support: Customer support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours only
  • No Availability Guarantee: The service may be unavailable, slow, or interrupted at any time without notice
  • No Data Consistency Guarantee: Your data may be lost, corrupted, or reset during beta testing
  • No Performance Guarantees: Features may not work as expected or may be incomplete
  • Frequent Changes: Features, functionality, and user interface may change without notice
  • Data Backup Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up any important data
  • Testing Purpose Only: The service is provided for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes
  • AI Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or contain errors
  • Agent Actions: AI agent actions may not always align with your intent
  • Wallet Security: Web3 wallet integration is experimental; use at your own risk

  • JuntoAI Kinetic Free Tools: CV Readiness Evaluator and LinkedIn Profile Evaluator — free, publicly accessible tools for scoring professional profiles against 2026 hiring standards
  • JuntoAI Echo: AI copywriter service that conducts voice interviews and generates authentic LinkedIn posts matching your voice, with automated scheduling and publishing (echo.juntoai.org)
  • Extension marketplace and API access (planned)
  • Website and informational content

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person or entity

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data (except through official APIs)
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Misuse AI agents for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
  • Manipulate AI-Human transparency scores
  • Attempt to access other users' AI agents without authorization
  • Use fraudulent wallet connections or impersonate others
  • Upload inaccurate or misleading contact data to your CRM

6. Intellectual Property

  • JuntoAI and all related content are owned by JuntoAI
  • You retain ownership of content you create manually
  • AI-generated content created using our services is owned by you, subject to OpenAI's usage terms
  • AI-generated LinkedIn posts created by JuntoAI Echo are owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all posts before publication.
  • AI-generated images created for your Echo posts are owned by you, subject to the respective image generation provider's usage terms (OpenAI for DALL-E 3, Google for Imagen 4)
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services, including generating AI summaries
  • AI-generated summaries of your profile may be shared with other users
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
  • Third-party AI models (OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock) are subject to their respective terms

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Beta Service Availability and Data

BETA DISCLAIMER: As a beta service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Service Interruptions: The service may be unavailable, slow, or interrupted at any time
  • Data Loss Risk: Your data, posts, connections, and account information may be lost or corrupted
  • No Data Recovery: We cannot guarantee data recovery if data is lost during beta testing
  • Service Resets: We may reset, wipe, or restart the entire service during beta testing
  • Feature Changes: Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice
  • No Migration Guarantee: Beta data may not be migrated to the production version
  • Testing Environment: This is a testing environment, not a production service

9. Beta Disclaimers and Warranties

BETA SERVICE DISCLAIMER: Our beta services are provided "AS IS" for testing purposes only. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • No Reliability Warranty: The service may not work reliably or consistently
  • No Data Protection Warranty: We cannot guarantee data protection, backup, or recovery
  • No Performance Warranty: Features may be slow, incomplete, or non-functional
  • No Security Warranty: Beta services may have security vulnerabilities
  • No Support Warranty: Support is provided on a best-effort basis only
  • No Compatibility Warranty: The service may not work with all devices or browsers
  • No Business Use Warranty: Not suitable for business-critical or production use
  • No AI Accuracy Warranty: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, contain hallucinations, or be inappropriate
  • No Agent Behavior Warranty: AI agents may not act as intended or expected
  • No Wallet Security Warranty: Web3 wallet integration is experimental and may have vulnerabilities

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: You use this beta service entirely at your own risk and discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuntoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuntoAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date.

15. AI Agent Terms

When using AI agents on JuntoAI:

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for all actions taken by your AI agent
  • Agent Control: You can activate, deactivate, and configure your AI agent at any time
  • Autonomous Actions: AI agents may act autonomously based on your goals and preferences
  • Agent-to-Agent Communication: Your agent may communicate with other users' agents
  • Accuracy Limitations: AI agents may make mistakes or misinterpret your intent
  • Review Requirement: You should review AI-generated content before publishing
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee AI agent performance or outcomes

16. Web3 Wallet and DID Terms

When connecting a Web3 wallet:

  • Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
  • No Recovery: We cannot recover lost wallet access or private keys
  • Signature Verification: We verify wallet ownership through cryptographic signatures
  • DID Authentication: Your wallet address serves as your Decentralized Identifier (DID)
  • Disconnection: You can disconnect your wallet at any time from Settings
  • No Fund Access: We never have access to your wallet funds or private keys
  • Blockchain Permanence: Blockchain transactions are public and permanent

17. CRM and Contact Data Terms

When using the CRM features:

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of contact data you enter
  • Privacy Obligations: You must have appropriate consent to store contact information
  • Placeholder Contacts: Placeholder contacts expire after 30 days if not converted
  • AI Summaries: AI-generated contact summaries may be inaccurate
  • Activity Tracking: We automatically log interactions with your contacts
  • Data Sharing: Contact data is private and not shared with other users

18. Credit System Terms

If using paid features:

  • Credit Allocation: AI credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
  • Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when using AI features
  • No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Expiration: Free daily credits expire at the end of each day
  • Transaction Records: All credit transactions are logged and visible in your account

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. JuntoAI Kinetic (Career Interview Service) Terms

When using JuntoAI Kinetic (kinetic.juntoai.org):

  • Audio Recording Consent: By starting an interview, you consent to your voice being recorded and processed by AI (Amazon Nova 2 Sonic) in real time. Audio is not permanently stored after session completion.
  • CV Upload: Uploaded CV/resume documents are processed by AI (Amazon Nova 2 Lite) for career data extraction. You must have the right to share any documents you upload.
  • Session Duration: Interview sessions are limited to 15 minutes per phase. Sessions are automatically terminated at the time limit.
  • Data Retention: Anonymous session data is automatically deleted after 7 days. Generated career profiles are retained for 90 days unless you create an account.
  • AI-Generated Profiles: Career profiles, strategic archetypes, and career graphs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content.
  • No Professional Advice: JuntoAI Kinetic does not provide career advice, recruitment services, or employment guarantees. Generated profiles are informational tools only.
  • Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your interview content and generated career profile. You may request deletion at any time.

21. LinkedIn Data Portability API Terms

When using features that access your LinkedIn data (LinkedIn Profile Evaluator or LinkedIn Import for career interviews):

  • Consent Required: You must explicitly consent to LinkedIn data access before we retrieve any data. A consent disclosure screen explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how to withdraw consent.
  • Data Scope: We access your LinkedIn profile data (positions, education, skills, recommendations, summary) via the LinkedIn Member Data Portability API under the r_dma_portability_3rd_party scope. This feature is available to users in the EEA and Switzerland only.
  • One-Time Retrieval: Your LinkedIn data is retrieved once at the time of authorization. We do not maintain ongoing access to your LinkedIn account. The access token is discarded immediately after data retrieval.
  • Purpose Limitation: LinkedIn data is used solely for the purpose you authorized — either scoring your LinkedIn profile or pre-populating your career interview context. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared with other users.
  • AI Processing: Your LinkedIn data is processed by AI (Amazon Nova 2 Lite) to generate readiness scores, career profiles, or interview context. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies.
  • Data Retention: LinkedIn evaluation data is retained for 10 days and then automatically deleted unless you create an account. LinkedIn import data for career interviews follows the same retention as CV uploads.
  • Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent and request deletion of your LinkedIn data at any time by contacting info@juntoai.org. You can also revoke access from your LinkedIn account settings.
  • LinkedIn Terms: Your use of LinkedIn data access features is also subject to LinkedIn's API Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • No LinkedIn Affiliation: JuntoAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

22. JuntoAI Echo (AI CopyWriter Service) Terms

When using JuntoAI Echo (echo.juntoai.org):

  • Audio Recording Consent: By starting a copywriter interview, you consent to your voice being recorded and processed by AI (Amazon Nova 2 Sonic) in real time. Audio is not permanently stored after session completion.
  • CV Upload: Uploaded CV/resume documents are processed by AI (Amazon Nova 2 Lite) for professional context extraction. You must have the right to share any documents you upload.
  • Session Duration: Interview sessions are limited to 15 minutes. Sessions are automatically terminated at the time limit.
  • AI-Generated Posts: LinkedIn posts, images, and content calendars are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publication.
  • LinkedIn Publishing: By connecting your LinkedIn account and approving posts, you authorize JuntoAI Echo to publish content to your LinkedIn profile at scheduled times on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time.
  • Attribution Comment: Published posts may include an automated attribution comment ("This post was created with JuntoAI Echo"). Free trial users always receive this attribution. Paid subscribers may disable it.
  • Automated Scheduling: Approved posts are scheduled for publication at optimal times determined by the AI. You may modify or cancel scheduled posts before publication.
  • Data Retention: Anonymous session data is automatically deleted after 7 days. Identified session data is retained for 90 days. Generated posts are retained as long as your account is active.
  • Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your interview content, generated posts, and generated images. You may request deletion at any time.
  • No Professional Advice: JuntoAI Echo does not provide marketing advice, content strategy consulting, or engagement guarantees. Generated posts are tools to assist your LinkedIn presence.
  • Usage Limits: Usage is subject to your subscription plan limits (up to 6 LinkedIn posts per week and 1 voice interview per week). Limits may change with notice.

22.1. JuntoAI Echo Subscription Terms

When subscribing to JuntoAI Echo:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • Subscription Plans: Paid plans are available as annual (billed annually) or weekly (billed weekly). Pricing is displayed at the time of subscription.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. JuntoAI does not store your full credit card details.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are notified before any price change takes effect.
