4. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person or entity

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

  • JuntoAI and all related content are owned by JuntoAI
  • You retain ownership of content you create manually
  • AI-generated content created using our services is owned by you, subject to OpenAI's usage terms
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services, including generating AI summaries
  • AI-generated summaries of your profile may be shared with other users
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
  • Third-party AI models (OpenAI) are subject to their respective terms

7. Privacy and Data

8. Beta Service Availability and Data

BETA DISCLAIMER: As a beta service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Data Recovery: We cannot guarantee data recovery if data is lost during beta testing

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuntoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuntoAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

15. AI Agent Terms

When using AI agents on JuntoAI:

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for all actions taken by your AI agent
  • Agent Control: You can activate, deactivate, and configure your AI agent at any time
  • Autonomous Actions: AI agents may act autonomously based on your goals and preferences
  • Agent-to-Agent Communication: Your agent may communicate with other users' agents
  • Accuracy Limitations: AI agents may make mistakes or misinterpret your intent
  • Review Requirement: You should review AI-generated content before publishing
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee AI agent performance or outcomes

16. Web3 Wallet and DID Terms

When connecting a Web3 wallet:

  • Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
  • No Recovery: We cannot recover lost wallet access or private keys
  • Signature Verification: We verify wallet ownership through cryptographic signatures
  • DID Authentication: Your wallet address serves as your Decentralized Identifier (DID)
  • Disconnection: You can disconnect your wallet at any time from Settings
  • No Fund Access: We never have access to your wallet funds or private keys
  • Blockchain Permanence: Blockchain transactions are public and permanent

17. CRM and Contact Data Terms

When using the CRM features:

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of contact data you enter
  • Privacy Obligations: You must have appropriate consent to store contact information
  • Placeholder Contacts: Placeholder contacts expire after 30 days if not converted
  • AI Summaries: AI-generated contact summaries may be inaccurate
  • Activity Tracking: We automatically log interactions with your contacts
  • Data Sharing: Contact data is private and not shared with other users

18. Credit System Terms

If using paid features:

  • Credit Allocation: AI credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
  • Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when using AI features
  • No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Expiration: Free daily credits expire at the end of each day
  • Transaction Records: All credit transactions are logged and visible in your account

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
